The selection of the Top 30 Under 30 winners is made in mid-March. The selection committee is made up of 20-22 members representing a large spectrum of the industry, including past 30 Under 30 winners. The selection is based on a grid system of 10 criteria categories of which the best 5 marks are selected.
The winning candidates will be announced shortly after the selection has been made. All the candidates and their nominators will be informed whether they have won or not before a public announcement is made.
The Top 30 Under 30 Award Ceremony is held at the end of March. The winning candidates will be honoured and presented with their certificate and pin. The winners will have the opportunity to network with past awardees and be able to join the Top 30 Under 30 Alumni and Mentoring Program.
