So thrilled to have been able to celebrate our new Top 30 Under 30 winners at the recent Top 30 Under 30 Award Ceremony held in the atrium at the GBC Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts. Congratulations to each and every one of you!

We would like to take this time to thank our long standing Venue Sponsors, The Chefs’ House, for providing the location and the fabulous food. Thank you to Chef Oliver Li and his students for all the hard work in providing the bountiful feast that was had. Thank you as well to the Ontario Hostelry Institute’s long standing supporter, Eaux Vives Water for the still and sparkling ESKA water. We would also like to thank the following wineries for their support by providing delicious samples from their wineries; Cave Spring, Foreign Affair Winery and Andrew Peller Estates. Before the citations and pins were awarded the Top 30 Under 30 winners and their guests were provided with some words of wisdom from a past Top 30 Under 30 winner, David Humphry, Director Development Americas, FRHI Hotels & Resorts. We thank David for taking time out of his busy schedule to pass a bit of his knowledge on and help us celebrate this group of spectacular individuals.
